Bellydance

Belly dancing is a fabulous way to add grace and musicality to your dancing, and to tone your entire body including your glutes, abs, quads, arms, and much more.
Learn the foundation of Belly Dance movements, including posture and body alignment, technique, foot patterns, traveling combinations, and a short choreography. In addition, she will introduce modern and classical Arabic music, Arabic rhythms and finger cymbals. The class is open to women of all shapes and sizes. No experience necessary.

Belly Dancing I
Instruction will include introduction to basic body positions, facial expressions, moving the arms and hands, and isolations — the ability to move various muscles or groups of muscles independently.
- 5-week series (summer session 4 weeks)
- $50 for the series (summer price $40)
- Attire: Loose-fitting clothes, hip scarves, bare feet (no socks or sneakers)
